Industrial refrigerating chambers for cooling and freezing are widely used in different areas. For instance, such equipment is installed on food industry factories, companies for food products processing and cooking, in utility rooms and warehouses, in public catering establishments - eating houses, restaurants, pizzerias and cafes. They can be applied in cottages and private residences with heavy stocks of food products.

Refrigeration chamber is a modular construction made of sandwich panels with cooling provided by a monoblock or a split system. Composite mid- and low-temperature refrigerating chambers are assembled quickly and simply. Various products can be stored there in temperatures of +7°С - -18°С.

Standard refrigeration chambers consist of refrigeration aggregate located on one of wall panels that provides high operation reliability, economic electric energy consumption, and a capacitive section for storing products that corresponds to all hygienic requirements and standards. This section features properly constructed rack system. Freezing refrigeration chambers possess high efficiency, modern design, they are very comfortable in use and have big lifetime.

These chambers are assembled of separate panels that are connected to each other hermetically with the aim of fastening locks. All surfaces of walls in refrigerating chambers are secured by zinc-coated steel sheets with polyester coatings certified for food industry. The standard width of heat insulation that features high heat protection coefficient is 80 or 100 mm depending on the camera type. Sealed doors are installed into the doorframes.

Refrigerating chambers for storing fresh and cooled vegetables – Mid-temperature refrigerating chambers for storing fresh (fruits, vegetables) and cooled (meat, poultry, fish, dairy) products. The required climatic mode (temperature, humidity) in refrigerated storage room for fresh and cooled products is provided by refrigeration equipment. The temperature value in mid-temperature cameras depends on standards and requirements for storing a specific product and usually stays in +10…-2°С range.

Universal storage rooms are used for storing cooled and frozen products. Air temperature from 0 to 18 °С and 85%-95% relative humidity is supported inside.
The chambers are equipped by wall-mounted and ceiling batteries and direct cooling air coolers. The products inside are cooled from 5 to 0°С in 0 °С air temperature and stored cooled. Frozen cargo is stored in -18 °С. New refrigerators with up to 20% of total capacity belong to universal cameras.

Freezer rooms and freezing units - meat is frozen after cooling or right in fresh condition in these chambers (freezing units). The air temperature reaches -35 °С. The duration of freezing depends on the product type and thickness, air circulation velocity and temperature. Chambers work in cycles with periodic loading and unloading or continually. Meat half carcasses are frozen in 16-36 hours in freezing rooms and in 12 h in freezing units. Meat in rooms is placed on hanging rails, in units - on special pans or block molds.

Refreezing chambers are used for intensive further freezing of products that are put to dispatching stores. Refreezing in storage rooms causes drying loss of the stored cargo. The air temperature in such stores reaches -35 °С.
