Quick-freezing tunnels from PRIMEHOLOD Quick-freezing tunnels are used for shock freezing of vegetables, fruits, small meat precooked foods, small fish and other products, as well as for the lines of food precure before freezing. High freezing speed provides minimal weight loss and high-quality of products. The operational temperature inside the tunnel (down to 33°C) is provided by a refrigeration unit working on Freon with low energy consumption.
Products are frozen from +20°C to -18°C in a short period of time (1.5-2 hours). After this the batch of goods is unloaded and the next one is loaded to refrigerator. A single load can be 200-400-600-800 kg.
The daily productiveness (by ravioli): 3000-6000-9000-12000 kg. The tunnel dimensions depend on the chosen productivity with constant width (2400 mm) and height (2900 mm). Current supply is 380V. The tunnel body is made of sandwich panels with urethane-foam filling.
The supply package includes rack carts (stainless steel) and refrigerating equipment, a plate quick-freezing unit. The installation and start up operations of the shock-freezing tunnel is provided by PRIMEHOLD specialists.
