The assembly of a refrigeration unit is performed in plant conditions. This provides significant increase of mounting, sealing action, cleaning and drying up quality compared to the assembly of disembodied hardware on the process facility. The refrigeration aggregates are delivered filled with coolant or inactive gas (nitrogen). Units containing compressor are filled with lubricant oil.
The aggregate mounting implies installation on the foundation (if it is required) and connecting it to communications of the heat transfer agent, water, electric power. The following requirements are imposed to refrigeration units: compact dimensions, the absence of details that come out of the dimensions that affect packaging, disassembling and repair convenience, minimal pipes and fittings range, unilateral maintenance if possible. All control units, instruments and meters are put out to the maintenance side.
