Flo-freeze tunnels can freeze and cool vegetables, fruits and seafood. Thanks to mechanical vibration and constant cooled air supply the product is frozen evenly eliminating its sticking together. The flowing fast-freezing tunnel gives ability to achieve the complete fluidizing. The cold air flow directed upward vertically rises and transports the product via a freezer. Fluidizing guarantees maximally efficient heat exchange and division of a product to separate items.

Therefore, fruits are frozen not only quickly, but also delicately and evenly, without numerous damages or crumbling, with minimal weight loss. They are transported by the air flow via a freezer. This helps to get actually separated frozen fruits and vegetables of the highest possible quality.
