Spiral freezers from PRIMEHOLD Spiral quick-freezing units are used for quick freezing (6 - 90 min) of single-piece and consumer size meat and fish products, fillets, packed and packless products, culinary semi-products and seafood. They are perfectly suitable for working in advanced processing workshops, culinary plants. It is used as one of the nods of automated production line. Spiral freezers are compact in size. Adjusting the conveyer and airflow velocity allows setting the optimal freezing time for each product type. Thanks to its construction, a spiral refrigerating unit is extremely simple and handy in operation and maintenance.
Spiral units are the type of conveyor freezers with long continuous conveyor band has spiral shape up to 50 circles in height. The product is transferred to a freezer on a mesh band. The band moves by the guides along the rotating freezing drum, and the product is quickly frozen by the cold airflow generated by ventilators at the temperature of -35°С. The productiveness of such units is 200 - 2000 kgph.
